Terms of Service

Kilory provides calorie tracking, barcode lookup, meal planning, progress insights, and AI guidance for informational wellness support. It does not replace licensed medical, dietetic, or emergency care.

Keep your login credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account, devices connected to it, and content created through it.

Barcode matches, food values, recipes, plans, and AI recommendations rely on third-party data and model estimates. Always review labels and professional guidance before making medical, allergy, or treatment decisions.

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Prices, taxes, trial offers, renewal timing, and cancellation rules appear in the user's local store currency. Unless canceled in store settings before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically. Premium access remains active until the paid period ends.

You are responsible for posts, comments, messages, images, recipes, challenge entries, and group activity created from your account. Do not publish unlawful, hateful, abusive, misleading, infringing, spam, or unsafe content. We may moderate, limit, remove, or report content or accounts to protect users, comply with the law, and preserve platform integrity.

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue features, providers, or usage quotas for security, quality, legal, operational, or cost reasons. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kilory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, abuse payments, or put other users at risk. You may stop using Kilory at any time and can cancel subscriptions from your store settings.
