Account Deletion
You can delete your Kilory account inside the app. If you cannot sign in, send your deletion request by email from the address used on your account.

In-app deletion steps
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings > Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the warning screens.
How to delete data
You can permanently delete the Kilory account and linked data inside the app or by sending a verified email request if you cannot sign in.
- In the app, open Settings, go to Security, tap Delete Data, then confirm permanent account deletion in Account settings.
- If you cannot sign in, send the request from the email address on the account to kiloryhelp@gmail.com.
- After confirmation, the live Kilory account and linked profile data are deleted. Billing receipts kept by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat remain subject to their own legal obligations and policies.
How long we keep data
We keep personal and health data only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain the account, and meet legal obligations.
- Account profile, preferences, goals, food logs, water logs, weight logs, exercise logs, steps, meal plans, and community content stay in the live service until you delete them or delete your account.
- Support requests, abuse-prevention records, and deletion correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months after the request is closed.
- Subscription, tax, refund, chargeback, and compliance records may be retained as long as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, payment rules, or applicable law require.
Need help?
Email support from your account email address and say that you want your Kilory account deleted.
If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in Apple App Store or Google Play to stop future billing.
